I'm always open to new ways of reaching a financial settlement. We certainly offer our clients lots of options and flexibility. I can't help wonder whether this pressure cooker concept might force quick settlement but leave either person to regret their haste later. I suspect it would be worth them having done lots of groundwork first, so they feel comfortable having the necessary conversations, which doesn't seem the point.
