This is what I consider to be a very good judgement and shows that the courts will not accept the resident parent's groundless allegations as a reason to prevent contact. It is important that the resident parent is made aware by her/his legal adviser that court orders must be adhered to and that using the children in these situations to "get back" at the other half merely potentially damages the children
