About Sally

Sally is a highly experienced contentious trust and probate practitioner. Acting for clients in complex and high value estates she advises on and has expertise in a whole range of private client disputes including trusts, executor removal applications, 1975 Act claims, will validity and rectification applications. Working with Freeths private client and Court of Protection teams, Sally, brings a wealth of knowledge to assist in the resolution of the most difficult estates and family disputes.

Praised as “hard-working and unflappable even in the most stressful situations” Sally shows “good judgement and gives excellent advice”.
